All meat sold at the Beefway is purchased from local farmers that like ourselves pride themselves in supplying the area with high quality local products. All our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days, resulting in the highest quality tender cuts of beef. Since we are a start to finish butcher shop all cuts are available and are cut to your specification. Pork and lamb is cut from locally produced Bruce County market animals. All of our whole chicken is purchased from local farmers and is provincially inspected. All other chicken is purchased from a local co-operative poultry plant in Harriston. We pride ourselves in providing our customers with local quality products. We do offer Gluten free products, however for severe gluten allergies keep in mind that our products are stored in the same freezer and will be shipped in the same refrigerated truck as our standard products. Therefore we can not guarantee that they have not come in contact with other products containing gluten.
