Huron Shores Hospice

Huron Shores Hospice is dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care in a home-like environment to the residents of Kincardine, Huron-Kinloss and Saugeen Shores and surrounding areas.​​Huron Shores Hospice operates two residential hospice suites located at Tiverton Park Manor in Tiverton, Ontario.​​By embracing a world where end-of-life is treated with the same beauty, care and respect as the beginning, we create moments that truly matter.​​Our services include quality end-of-life care, grief recovery programs, end-of-life doula services, and uplifting Death Cafés and End-of-Life Planning workshops, offered free of charge to all.​​With the help of over 100 volunteers and key partnerships with Tiverton Park Manor and VON, we continue to deliver exceptional care and programs.​​As a charitable not-for-profit organization, we rely on the generous support of our compassionate community. Fueled by the community’s belief in our mission, we are committed to making a meaningful difference in our residents and their families’ lives.
